YOGA,

WHOLISTIC MOVEMENT CLASS SCHEDULE
The word Yoga means “to join together." It brings
the body & mind together into one harmonious experience. The
system of Yoga is built on three structures: exercise, breathing
& meditation. Regular daily practice of all three parts of these
produces a clear, bright mind and a strong, capable body.
Yoga is designed to put pressure on the glandular systems of the
body, thus increasing its efficiency & total health. The body is
looked upon as the primary instrument in life, and is treated
with great care and respect. Breathing techniques are based on
the concept that breath is the source of life in the body. Yoga
helps increase breath control to improve the health and function
of both body & mind. These two systems of exercise and breathing
then prepare the body and mind for meditation to find silence
and healing from everyday stress.
The benefits of Yoga include: Increased Muscle Tone - Increased
Flexibility - Stress Reduction - Weight Loss & more!
