Pre-registration is required for all classes. If you do not pre-register, you will not have a secure spot.

Refund Policy: Participants will receive a refund, minus a 10% processing fee, if they cancel prior to program starting date.  No refunds for credits will be granted if participant cancels after the program start date.  Drop-ins are welcome!

Learn effective exercises that challenge all of the major muscle groups and work them in a way you would for everyday tasks and activities.  Class combines resistance training, balancing exercises, stretching, and core conditioning and will teach you how to work all of the muscles together for improved health and well-being.

Burn calories and improve muscle tone in this “all levels” fitness class that combines fun moves from Latin-inspired Zumbaฎ and traditional aerobics.  Class also includes toning exercises using light weights, floor exercises, and beginner yoga postures.

 

Total Body Workout

This fun, energetic & easy to follow workout is appropriate for all levels of fitness.  Class consists of a warm-up, low-impact aerobics, strength training, gentle stretching, floor exercises, and a cool-down.

Move towards better health and relieve stress with this “all-ages,” “all-fitness levels” exercise series.  In addition to enhanced flexibility, participants will gain strength and improve stability through resistance training efforts.  Exercises that engage multiple muscle groups will be performed utilizing dumbbells, exercise bands, and exercise balls.  Learn finger exercises to improve dexterity and minimize arthritis pain.

This class combines the holistic philosophies of Yoga and Acupressure to open and balance out the Meridians, or energy channels, of the body.  Class will consist of classic Yoga Postures with emphasis to the specific meridians being stretched along with self-acupressure to different points on the body.  Beginners welcome as we will progress throughout the series.

Fusion is a combination of strength and pilates in one class.  Using weights, we will work every muscle in the body to help gain strength. The other half of the class will be performed without weights still incorporating strength, while gaining flexibility and a health posture.

T’ai Chi Chuan, an ancient Chinese martial art, consists of a series of slow, flowing, meditative movements that massage the internal organs.  Time magazine called T’ai Chi “the perfect exercise” because these calming and graceful movements improve strength, agility, increase coordination, flexibility and balance, reduce stress and help you relax.  Perfect for all ages and any fitness level.

The Four Corners of the Torso: In yoga the main yoga experience is said to take place in the torso, or the four corners, the armpits and groins. We can learn to organize the pelvic and shoulder girdles so that the arms and legs are integrated and the posture even.
