ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
The body, mind and spirit are revered and integrated at Lourdes Wellness
Center. At the heart of this fusion is our gifted group of faculty
and staff. The Wellness Center was born through the dedication of
a few visionary individuals and through the years it has grown through
the input and creativity of many individuals who have added their unique
ideas and approaches to wellness. The commitment of our staff to
continually bring exciting and new wellness programs and services
enables the Wellness Center to continue to grow. Some of our staff
hail from right here in the surrounding neighborhood, while others come
to us from around the world. Whether they have been with us since
we first opened our doors or are new to our program all of our faculty
are experienced in the world of wellness.
Cheryl Alber, BA, Masters in Holistic Nutrition, is a certified in mat
pilates instructor. Cheryl completed a teacher training program in mat,
reformer, chair and cadillac pilates with Karen Carlson in Philadelphia.
Dorothea Atkins, RN, BSN, MA, ThD, CMP has a Doctorate in Theology with
a focus on Spiritual Healing. She is an instructor for Lourdes Institute
of Wholistic Studies, has studied extensively in complementary medicine
including; Pfrimmer/Deep Tissue Therapy, Reiki, Myofascial Release,
Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy, Off-site, Trigger Point Therapy,
Specific Myotherapy and CranioSacral Therapy and Aromatherapy. She also
conducts classes on relaxation, and self-massage for arthritis and
chronic knee pain.
Angela Austin, CMP, AS, is a Certified Massage Practitioner, who is the
Coordinator, Receptionist, and Registrar for Lourdes Institute of
Wholistic Studies. She is also a graduate of Lourdes Institute of
Wholistic Studies.
Josh Badat, Massage Therapist, is a graduate of Lourdes Institute of
Wholistic Studies and Camden County College, he specailizes in
therapeutic and deep tissue massage and stretching.
Tina Bortner, BA, ACE, is a Community Health Educator and Corporate
Wellness Coordinator. She teaches Group Exercise Classes and directs the
50 Plus Club.
Danielle Burnham, MA, ATR-BC is a registered, board Certified Art
Therapist with over 8 years experience in art therapy working in
inpatient and outpatient settings as well as offering art therapy in
partial care programs for adults and children.
Michelle Carlino, BA, CYT, ERYT500, CR, is a certified Christian Hatha,
Kripalu Yoga Teacher, a Foot Reflexologist and has AFAA Certification in
Aerobics Instruction.
Ralph Casciato, NCBTMB, is a nationally certified Massage Therapist and
graduate of Lourdes Institute of Wholistic Studies. He is a clinic
supervisor and teacher’s assistant.
Beverly Chabalowski, AS, is the Coordinator of Community Wellness
programs and assists the Lourdes Wellness Center Administrator, the
Director of Community Health Education and Wellness Programs and the
Director of Spirituality Programs.
Ronald P. Ciccone, MD, is Medical Director of Integrative Family
Medicine with over 25-years experience combining mainstream medicine
with complementary practices, such as IV Vitamins, Supplements, Herbs
and Chelation Therapy.
Roberta Cream is a Volunteer for the Wellness Center and an Assistant to
the Director of Spirituality Programs.
Judy Davidson is a Medical Assistant for Integrative Family Medicine
with 30-years varied experience in the medical field. She is also a
certified technician in Autonomic Nervous System testing.
Joyce DeMarco is a T'ai Chi Practitioner and Volunteer.
Roberta DiCriscio is a Registrar/Scheduler and Instructor. She is a
certified Feng Shui Consultant and has received certification from The
Art Institute of Philadelphia in Space Planning and Interior Designer.
Sue DiGregorio, CMP, is a graduate of Lourdes Institute of Wholistic
Studies and specializes in Spa Services, Therapeutic, Infant, Myofascial,
and Deep Tissue Massage.
Catherine Dillon, LPN, is the office nurse for Integrative Family
Medicine and a certified technician in Autonomic Nervous System testing.
She has over 30-years experience in a variety of clinical settings.
Jennifer Exley is a Graduate of Bucks County Technical School with a
diploma for Medical Assisting. She has 14 years of Medical office
experience; most recently managing a Neurology Practice in Pennsylvania.
Andrea Finley is a graduate of Lourdes Institute of Wholistic Studies
and offers Therapeutic, Foot Reflexology, Deep Tissue, Healing Stone,
Tuina, and Massage.
Anne Foley, CYT, ERYT500, is a Certified Yoga Teacher with more than
10-years experience.
Kathryn Friedman, BS, CHHC, is Director of Integrative Health Care, a
nutritionist and a certified Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle Counselor.
Dawn M. Garlic, BA, has worked in the fields of volunteer management and
youth development. She has done foreign missions work in Haiti and
Africa. She has been a Bridge volunteer since 2002 and is currently
working with "The Bridge."
ToniLyn Hall is a Medical Receptionist for Integrative Family Medicine
and has been with Lourdes for over 10 years.
Marianne Hieb, RSM, MFA, D. Min., Author, directs the Wellness
Spirituality Programs at Lourdes and is a trained as a Studio Artist,
Art Therapist and Spiritual Director. For the past 20 years, she has
presented workshops and retreats using Art-Journaling® as a spiritual
practice.
Melissa James is the Outreach Coordinator for the Burlington County
Bridge Program. She is certified in Young Adult Ministry, and has over
10 years of experience working with teens as a volunteer Retreat
Facilitator and as a volunteer for The Bridge and its Young Women of
Excellence program. Melissa received her Bachelor's Degree in from
Immaculata University
Lourdes Jesukiewicz, AS, is the Registrar for Lourdes Institute of
Wholistic Studies. Lourdes graduated with honors from Community College
of Philadelphia with a Degree in General Studies and a Certificate in
Management. She has worked with Lourdes Health System since 2006.
Linda Karanzalis, MS, is a NJ Certified Special Education Teacher with
over 17 years experience as a teacher of both children and adults
struggling with varying degrees of learning disabilities and AD/HD. She
has certification in PACE (Processing and Cognitive Enhancement, Master
the Code and Interactive Metronome and has helped parents and children
as a coach, social skills trainer and advocate.
Kim Karpinski is a graduate of Lourdes Institute of Wholistic Studies
and offers Massage, Healing Stone, Myofascial, Trigger Point and Deep
Tissue. She is also a Registrar/Scheduler.
Shelly Klink, BA, is a Registrar/Scheduler, a T'ai Chi Practitioner and
a Volunteer.
Beverly Kovak, CYT, is a Certified Yoga Teacher, who substitutes and
volunteers for Community Wellness.
Sheri McLellan Krauss, Lic.Ac., M.Ac., is a Nationally-Licensed
Acupuncturist who received her Master's Degree from the New England
School of Acupuncture. She combines Western and Eastern medical research
into her practice. Sheri also offers cosmetic acupuncture.
Melanie Linton, BS, CYT, AAASI-ISMA, is a Certified Shiatsu
Practitioner, AAA-ASMA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Pilates
Instructor. She offers Shiatsu, Pregnancy Shiatsu and Shiatsu Pressure
Point Massage and teaches exercise classes.
Yvonne Lombardo Brown, BS Public Health, is the Administrator of Lourdes
Wellness Center. Yvonne is a health educator and an American College of
Sports Medicine Certified Exercise Physiologist, with 20-years
experience in wellness education.
Melissa McHugh, AS, CMP, is a Certified Massage Practitioner and
specializes in Therapeutic, Healing Stone, Deep Tissue Massage, and
Pregnancy Massage.
Celeste Miller, AS, is the Head Registrar/Scheduler for Lourdes Wellness
Center.
Barbara Moeller, MA, E-RYT500, is the Director of the Yoga Teacher
Training at Lourdes Institute of Wholistic Studies. She has been an
avid practitioner of yoga and meditation since 1973 and has taught for
over 27 years. She has received extensive training in multiple styles
of yoga and is certified in Classical Hatha, Kripalu, Christian Yoga,
Ashtanga, Yoga Nidra, and and Yoga of the Heart for cardiac and cancer
clients.
Cindi Mullins is a Certified Massage Practitioner and specializes in
Therapeutic, Myofascial, Myotherapy, Neuromuscular, and Deep Tissue
Massage. She offers Therapeutic Touch.
Marie T. Morrissey, MA, is the Mission/Ethics Services Coordinator for
Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center. She has been conducting training
sessions on Advanced Directives for over 14 years.
Karen Murphy, CMP, is a Certified Massage Practitioner and Fitness
Instructor specializing in Neuromuscular Therapy, Healing Stone,
Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage and Reflexology.
Coleen Naylor, RN, HNC, is a Wholistic Health Nurse specializing in
Medical Qi Gong, Acutonics, Therapeutic Touch and Reflexology.
Melinda P. Neisser, MS, PLC, is a Personal Life Coach for women. She has
worked in the field of human services for the past twenty-five years
inspiring individuals to reach their full potential and to enhance the
quality of their lives.
Ruthann O'Mara, SSJ, MA, holds a Masters Degree in Holistic Spirituality
and Spiritual Direction from Chestnut Hill College, Philadelphia, and
certification in Supervision of Spiritual Directors from the Upper Room
Spiritual Center, Neptune, NJ. She is certified in Hatha Yoga/Christian
Yoga. She has ministered as pastoral associate, campus minister,
principal and teacher and is currently ministering at Our Lady of
Lourdes Wellness Center as Spiritual Director/Wellness Instructor.
Diane Omillian is a Massage Practitioner at Lourdes Wellness Center. She
specializes in Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Foot Reflexology, Healing
Stone, Pregnancy and Myofascial Massage.
Joan Ordille, MSW, LSW, CYT is a graduate of Lourdes Institute of
Wholistic Studies Yoga Teacher Training Program and teaches yoga classes
at both centers. She likes to work with middle school children and
people with attachment disorders and post traumatic stress. She is a
hospice worker and also runs bereavement groups.
Helen Owens, OSF, RN, MSN, D.Min., is Vice President of Mission of
Lourdes Health System. In 1980, she founded "The Bridge"; that same
year, she established Lourdes Wellness Center. In 1993, Sr. Helen
developed the Lourdes Institute of Wholistic Studies. Sr. Helen also
offers retreats through the Wellness Spirituality programs.
Judy Pellegrino, CHHC, AADP graduated from the Institute for Integrative
Nutrition and Landmark Education Programs. She is certified by the
American Association of Drugless Practitioners & Columbia University
Teachers College. She specializes in identifying challenges, developing
wholistic strategies and has been helping people overcome food addiction
since 1998.
Michele A. Piccinini is the Office Manager of Lourdes Wellness Center,
and Secretary to the Vice President of Mission.
Frank Pileggi, Frank Pileggi, Ph.D., RHP, Dr. Pileggi is the Director of
Lourdes Institute of Wholistic Studies and Lourdes Corporate Wellness
programs. He has received his Masters Degree in Holistic Health Sciences
and his Doctorate in Holistic Arts and Practices and is a nationally
Registered Holistic Practitioner specializing in Advanced Bodywork and
Somatic Therapies. He is the founder of Corrective Muscle Therapy®,
holding certificates in over 20 modalities and in Athletic Training. In
addition to his studies, Dr. Pileggi spent five honored years training
with the Shamans of the Abenaki American Indians in Northern Vermont.
Renée M. Pinardo, CSW & CDVC, is Director of "The Bridge", a teen
support and enrichment center in Camden, New Jersey. "The Bridge"
focuses on Personal Empowerment, Wellness, Goals, and Self Esteem. Renée
was one of the original founders of "The Bridge" in 1979 and has been
instrumental in its growth and expansion.
Lydia Reese Nevgloski, M.S., Lac. is a nationally certified
acupuncturist who received her Master's Degree from the Tri-State
College of Acupuncture, NYC. She utilizes Japanese style acupuncture,
trigger-point release acupuncture, traditional Chinese Medicine, and
various classical approaches to the healing arts. Lydia specializes in
acupuncture with an emphasis on sports medicine and pain management, She
combines Western and Eastern research and philosophies into her
practice.
Rev. Thomas Ryan, Catholic priest and certified Kripalu yoga teacher,
Presenter of best selling DVD “Yoga Prayer” and, Author of “Prayer of
Heart & Body”.
Morris Siegel, RN, MA, CHt, is a Registered Nurse, Certified
Hypnotherapist, T'ai Chi Instructor, Certified Arthritis Foundation
Instructor and Award Winning Tai Practitioner.
Pamela West, M.Ed., Masters in Dance from Temple University and
certified in Body Education. She has had a private practice as a body
therapist for over 25 years.
Jeanne Williams, OSF, MA, has her Master's Degree in Pastoral Care and
Counseling and offers Spiritual Direction.
David Yaden, BA, CHt. is a certified hypnotherapist and a member of The
International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association and The
American Board of Hypnotherapy. He has studied Zen meditation, offers
neurofeedback (EEG Biofeedback) services, and is using hypnotherapy as
part of a behavioral anesthesia program that reduces pain for surgical
patients at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center.
