Admission Policy
In order to be considered for Lourdes Institute's certification programs, all applicants must fulfill the following criteria:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Possess and submit a high school diploma or equivalent.
3. Submit a completed application form including the required essay and a $25 non-refundable application fee.
4. Submit three (3) letters of recommendation from:
   (1) An academic or employment supervisor,
   (1) A professional colleague or associate,
   (1) A personal reference.
   References should send letters directly directly to Lourdes Institute, 900 Haddon Avenue, Suite 100, Collingswood, New Jersey, 08108.
5. Submit a statement from a physician confirming acceptable physical health to give and receive massages and complete Personal Health Form.
6. Schedule a personal interview with the Director of Lourdes Institute of Wholistic Studies.
