Appointment Cancellation Policy
Our healthcare can best be described as low volume and high quality. We schedule our patients in such a way that they receive maximum care. Each and every appointment space is important, and as a courtesy to all, we do not overbook to compensate for those who forget to honor their appointment.
Our policy is necessary to maintain the high professional standards we practice. Missed or cancelled appointment spaces deprive other patients from being treated and make the economics of our office very difficult.
Our policy:
- A missed appointment with no prior communication - $35
- An appointment rescheduled at a different time on the same day, schedule permitting – No charge
- An appointment rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance (Friday for the following Monday or the day prior to a holiday) – No charge
