ABOUT INDIVIDUAL WELLNESS

Lourdes Wellness Center views wellness as more than the absence of illness.  We see it as an approach to life.  Wellness is proactive and preventative.  It touches every part of our life, acknowledging and embracing the best of who we are in mind, body and spirit.  Wellness is feeling enthusiasm for life, enjoying self-discovery and growth.  But most importantly, wellness is a decision of self-responsibility that each individual must make.

Lourdes supports self-responsibility for individual wellbeing and offers several services as individual, one-to-one sessions that are tailored to the individual's needs.  Each session is designed to educate and guide individuals on their own wellness journey, allowing them to take on the challenges of a healthy life.
