Massage and Bodywork

Massage and Bodywork has been an integral part of Lourdes Wellness Center for almost two decades. Lourdes Wellness Center provides members of the community with the benefits of therapeutic massage at a unique satellite called The Little Portion of Lourdes Wellness Center, located at 1049 Haddon Avenue, Collingswood, NJ, 08108 as well as our Station House location, 900 Haddon Avenue, Collingswood, NJ.

Rates:

• ½ hour Massage: $40
• 1 hour Massage: $75

Lourdes Wellness Center massage therapists received the highest level of training and abide by all state and local regulations.

Massages are booked by time, not by type of massage. All of our therapists are trained in a variety of modalities which can be customized to your particular needs. Your therapist will consult with you prior to starting your session.

Corrective Muscle Therapy™

Corrective Muscle Therapy™ involves the manipulation of the soft-tissue structures in the body using a variety of modalities. These methods range from gentle stroking and kneading of muscles and other soft tissues to deeper manual techniques. While some techniques focus on one specific function of the body, others seek to relieve muscle contractions in a target area. The benefits of Corrective Muscle Therapy™ are due, in part, to its ability to affect changes in the musculoskeletal, circulator-lymphatic and nervous systems.

Using the philosophies of various modalities has helped in the creation of Corrective Muscle Therapy ™.

Corrective Muscle Therapy™ can be effective in treating:

• All musculoskeletal issues
• Arthritic and rheumatic pains
• Postural changes
• Muscle spasms
• Lost mobility
• Restoring normal muscle function
• Scar tissue

Pricing and length of appointment is determined by condition and course of treatment needed. $40 per 15 minute session

Most sessions do not exceed 15 minutes, but can vary due to course of treatment needed.

Policies and Procedures for Massage or Bodywork Appointments:

• For your convenience, the prices listed include tax.
• Please remember to arrive 10-15 minutes early to your appointment to complete a client information form.

Late Arrival and No-Show Policy

Clients who arrive late may not be able to receive a full hour-long massage/wellness service. Clients may be charged for missed appointments or cancelled appointments with less than a 24-hour notice. These clients may have to prepay for future appointments.

Gratuity/Tipping Policy

Please note: our therapists are associates of Lourdes Health System and are not permitted to accept gratuities/tips.
