CLASS REGISTRATION
Wellness Center programs will be held at 900 Haddon Ave, Suite 422, Collingswood, unless otherwise indicated. 

For your convenience, you may either use our on-line Registration Form or download and print a Registration Form.  If you download your registration form, please fill in the class information and mail it with your payment* to:
